The Gluten-Free, Vegan Sauce Trifecta?

Could it really be? Am I reading this correctly? That was what went through my head when I saw these all a shelf away from each other in the Whole Foods near my job.


The other day when I was making my Spicy Honey Vegetable Stir Fry, I really wanted to add soy sauce, but it wasn't gluten-free, and worcestershire sauce, but it wasn't gluten-free or vegetarian. Plus, warmer temperatures mean it's almost time to start grilling, but one of my favorite things to make is teriyaki vegetables, and of course it's not gluten.

So, you can see why I was in complete shock when I saw all three things I wanted, but really wasn't looking for during the shopping trip, almost next to each other.

Has anyone ever tried these? I can't wait to start cooking with them this weekend!

  2. I think that Spicy Honey Vegetable Stir Fry is perfect because I like to get different options in order to prepare delicious recipes.
